Studio 3.04 is a self-contained individual studio located on the first floor of Barham Park Studios, accessed via two flights of stairs. The space measures 168 sq. ft. and has natural light from a large bay window. A communal kitchen is available within the building.

The studios are set within a group of Georgian Mock Tudor buildings in Barham Park, a landscaped green space in Wembley with gardens, ponds and surrounding parkland. The site contains 31 artist studios and shared community facilities.

Access is available 24 hours a day. There is no onsite parking, but large park gates can be opened on request for loading and unloading.

Barham Park Studios are connected to public transport, with Sudbury Town Underground station and Sudbury & Harrow Road rail station nearby, as well as several bus routes serving the area.
