The studio is shared with one other artist, and it features high ceilings and plenty of natural light, making it a comfortable and inspiring workspace.

Located on the third floor, the space does not have lift access, and it’s not wheelchair accessible. However, it is part of a large building with 24/7 access, ensuring that you can work at your own pace. Limehouse Studios also features a large car park for ease of access and deliveries.

Additionally, Studio 3.11C, the mezzanine area above this studio, is also available, offering an opportunity to expand the space to a large unshared studio by combining the two areas.

Limehouse Studios offers 60 artist studios across four floors, housed in a former technical college building overlooking Limehouse Cut. The building is well connected, with 24/7 access and a large car park.
