Property Manager
Full-time, £38,000 p.a. plus contributory pension
Fixed term 22 mths, with option to extend/renew by mutual agreement
London, with some travel
 
We are delighted to now be in a position to recruit a full-time Property Manager to provide proactive, compliant and artist-focussed management of our properties, as well as managing our dedicated and hard-working property support team and contractors. This is a great position for someone who is an experienced property manager, knows how to keep multiple occupancy sites compliant and full of happy tenants, and who will enjoy playing a crucial role in supporting our members.

Assistant Buildings Manager
Part-time, 24 hrs pw, £11.54 per hour (£14,402 p.a) plus contributory pension
Fixed term, 6 mths, with option to extend/renew by mutual agreement
London, with regular travel across all our sites
 
We are growing our property team, and recruiting an additional Assistant Buildings Manager to help with studio maintenance and management across our properties. This is a hands-on position that would suit someone with practical maintenance skills who understands how artists work and what kind of working environment they need. You would be working alongside another Assistant Buildings Manager and other equally hard-working and committed colleagues. The working pattern is flexible, as long as hours are agreed in advance with your manager, and it’s fair to say no two days are the same!

Membership Manager
Part-time, 24 hrs pw, £13.50 per hour (£16,848 p.a) plus contributory pension
Fixed term 22 mths, with option to extend/renew by mutual agreement
London, with occasional travel
 
We are recruiting a new Membership Manager to look after our member network, starting with advertising and allocating our artists’ studios through to ongoing communications and responsive relationship management across our community of artists. The role holder will be taking over well-established systems and working alongside hard-working and committed colleagues, but will also have the opportunity to bring their own knowledge and experience to refine and introduce new processes where needed. This is a great position for someone who is experienced in keeping a wide-ranging group of customers or service-users happy, with a detail- and process-oriented approach, and who will enjoy welcoming new members and supporting our existing membership community within a unique artistic setting.
