Studio 18 is a 258 sq. ft. private workspace available at The Undercraft Studios and Community Hub in Gospel Oak, Camden. The studio is fully accessible and benefits from natural light, central heating, and excellent WiFi, making it ideal for a wide range of creative practices.

The Undercraft is a vibrant arts hub, transformed from a car park beneath the Ludham and Waxham Estate. It is now home to 27 artist studios and 10 community organisations, creating a thriving environment for collaboration. Artists also benefit from shared amenities including a kitchen with sofa, communal sink, and bike storage, as well as the much-loved café Mother Canteen next door.

Located between Gospel Oak, Hampstead Heath, and Belsize Park, The Undercraft is well connected with multiple transport options including Belsize Park Tube, Gospel Oak and Hampstead Heath stations, and nearby bus routes.

ACAVA Undercraft Studios are on a long lease with our landlord Camden Council.
