Artist studio available soon in east London for creatives of all kinds.

This is a partitioned section of studio space shared with three other artists. The space has high ceilings and is set back from the windows, with good natural light.

This studio is on the third floor and has no lift or wheelchair access.

Built originally as Poplar Technical College, this four-story building has been used as artists’ studios since 1994, ACAVA assumed management with a 21-year lease in November 2013. The building comprises 30,000 sq ft over four floors with excellent light.

It has been converted into 60 studios and workshops of various sizes, has a spacious car park and overlooks the Limehouse Cut, a straight, broad canal which links the lower reaches of the Lee Navigation to the river Thames.

We aim for new joiners to start at the beginning of the month.
