This 168 sq. ft. space is now available in our popular Barham Park building. This is an unshared studio space.

A self-contained first-floor studio with good natural light from a large bay window. Access to communal kitchen. No onsite parking but large park gates for loading and unloading can be accessed on request.

A group of remarkable Georgian Mock Tudor buildings in Wembley has been acquired by ACAVA on a long lease and converted to provide artists’ studios and community facilities.

Situated in Barham Park which was landscaped in the 18th Century, and formerly known as Crabb’s House, it now houses 31 studios surrounded by mature parkland and gardens with ponds and a conifer plantation.
