Studio 12 is a 239 sq. ft. individual artist studio located on the first floor of Blechynden Street Studios, accessed by two flights of stairs. The studio has floor-to-ceiling windows providing consistent natural light throughout the day. The space is suitable for visual artists and independent creative practice.

Blechynden Street Studios was completed in 1999 as a purpose-built artist studio complex. The building contains 21 individual studios arranged around deck-access walkways, with white-painted internal finishes and metal cladding intended to support light levels within the studios.

Studio holders have 24/7 access. The site also includes Studio One, a ground-floor space available to hire for workshops, exhibitions and meetings.

The building is a short walk from Latimer Road Tube station on the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, with additional access via local bus routes.
