Studio 1.12 is an individual artist space located on the third floor of Limehouse Art Studios in East London. The 458 sq. ft. studio includes a mezzanine and a large window providing natural light. The building has no lift or wheelchair access.

The four-story building was originally Poplar Technical College and has been used for artists’ studios since 1994. The building contains 60 studios and workshops across 30,000 sq. ft., with a spacious car park and views over the Limehouse Cut canal.

Studios are accessible 24/7 and part of an active artist community. Transport links include Bromley-by-Bow Tube, Devons Road DLR, and bus routes 108 and 52.
