Studio G8 is a bright 220 sq. ft. individual workspace located on the ground floor of Limehouse Studios, with level access suitable for a wide range of practices. The studio benefits from natural light and the flexibility of 24/7 access, making it a practical option for artists and makers who need a reliable and accessible base.

Limehouse Studios, a former technical college overlooking the Limehouse Cut canal, has been home to artists since 1994. The building contains 60 studios of varying sizes across four floors, many with high ceilings and generous light. Its long-standing creative community includes artists working across visual, digital, and material practices.

The site offers a spacious car park and easy access for deliveries, with nearby transport links via Bromley-by-Bow Tube station. The surrounding area hosts a lively network of creative practitioners, adding to the collaborative atmosphere of the building.

Studio G8 will be available from 14 January.
