Studio 3.01 is an individual artist studio located on the third floor of Limehouse Studios in East London. The space measures 453 sq. ft. and is east-facing, with windows across two sides providing natural light. The studio includes a gas heater and studios are accessible 24/7.

Access is via six flights of stairs, and there is no lift or wheelchair access.

Limehouse Studios is based in a former technical college building and has been used as artists’ studios since 1994. The building provides 60 studios and workshops across four floors, totalling approximately 30,000 sq. ft., with many spaces overlooking the Limehouse Cut canal.

The site includes a large car park and supports a working community of artists across a range of practices.

Transport links include Bromley-by-Bow Tube station, providing access across London.
