Studio 2.08a is an individual artist studio located on the second floor of Limehouse Studios in East London. The space measures 395 sq. ft. and offers a large, open working environment with tall ceilings and large windows that provide excellent natural light. The studio is accessible 24/7 and is well suited to a range of artistic practices.

Access is via four flights of stairs, and there is no lift or wheelchair access.

Limehouse Studios is based in a former technical college building and has been used as artists’ studios since 1994. The building provides 60 studios and workshops across four floors, totalling approximately 30,000 sq. ft., with many spaces overlooking the Limehouse Cut canal.

The site includes a large car park and supports a working community of artists across a range of practices.

Transport links include Bromley-by-Bow Tube station, providing access across London.
