The offer applies to available studios at Ardleigh Studios (Essex), The Undercraft (London) – excluding desk spaces – and Spode Works Studios (Stoke-on-Trent).

Ardleigh Studios, Essex
Located in a former industrial building near Colchester, Ardleigh Studios provides bright, self-contained studios from 165–290 sq. ft., with natural light, parking, and 24/7 access. Licence fees range from £233.75–£410.83/month plus utilities (starting with Studio 11 at £233.75). The studios support both artists and small creative businesses in a quiet, rural setting five miles from Colchester.

The Undercraft, Gospel Oak, London
This vibrant hub offers large private studios from 258–516 sq. ft., with central heating, Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, and communal workspaces. Licence fees start at £602/month for studio spaces. Desk spaces are available separately at £200/month (20% winter offer does not apply to desks). The building is fully accessible and part of a creative community in Camden, with nearby transport links to central London.

Spode Works Studios, Stoke-on-Trent
Situated in a historic ceramics factory, Spode Works Studios provides bright studios from 259–542 sq. ft., with 24/7 access, parking, and on-site gallery facilities. Licence fees range from £248.21–£519.42/month plus bills. The studios are ideal for artists requiring large, flexible workspaces and a collaborative community.
